Do you have a skincare routine?

It's never too late to start a good skincare routine, but it will be to your advantage if you start early in life. Your primary focus should be on keeping your skin hydrated, nourished, and protected.
- Drink enough water and rooibos tea to stay hydrated. Minimise the intake of fizzy or sugary drinks because they can dehydrate you. It's also essential to use a daily moisturiser to hydrate your skin after cleansing.
- Oils, serums, and moisturisers provide nourishment to the skin, but eating high nutrient-dense food is vital. Your skin needs nutrients like beta-carotene, vitamins C and E, and antioxidants (from Rooibos and Green Rooibos).
- Staying out of the sun to protect your skin and ensure you're adequately covered when you spend time outdoors. In addition to using sunblock, you need to ensure that you're selecting an SPF that offers broad-spectrum (both UVA & UVB) protection for your climate.
Knowing how skin works can help you protect and take care of your body. Create a solid skincare routine to handle problems proactively, improve overall health, and maintain your skin's youthful appearance.
